This course focuses on correct Danish pronunciation. Our objective is to train the ear to hear the pronunciation of Danish, and to be able to reproduce the sounds, touching on the main differences and similarities of the languages of our two neighbouring countries.

If you are a company and would like one or more of your colleagues to enrol in this course, we would be more than happy to arrange for a closed team for your colleagues only, either at your premises or at ours.

Our students comments:

"I attended a Danish pronunciation course at Danskbureauet in order to obtain more self-confidence for my presentations and inputs in connection with meetings and such at my job, at which I had just started. Not least in order to be correctly understood, when it isn't all Danes who can understand the Swedish r...

The teacher took point of departure in my work related and professional needs, focusing on my personal weaknesses in the Danish pronunciation. Despite the fact that the course only lasted six weeks, I immediately got response from several of my co-workers regarding my improvements. I now dare to - without letting it disturb me - open my mouth and participate in discussion, which of course also is an advantage if one wishes to privately mingle into the Danish community. This course has been a very good investment, both for me and for my employer."

"When I started a new job on the other side of Øresund it was a precondition to learn talking and writing in Danish. Private lessons at Danskbureauet offered a flexible course presentation completely tailored to my specific needs. A medley of oral presentations, listening drills and grammatical writing exercises combined with a productive feedback gave me the best starting point."
